Thanks, Roger, for another useful caution against seizing on "science" even for laudable partisan purposes. Wiser to accept uncertainty and take tactical steps toward resilience.

Perhaps you should convene an online forum, Roger, where folks get to talk about "what is the truth (as we can perceive it) about hurricanes, adaptation, nd climate change science including the social sciences" . If anything would be agreed to, it would become the go-to statement for the Biden Admin on the topic.
